If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the day after the transaction. To meet the deadline, you need only send us your cancellation request before the 14-day period has expired.
Use limit. The 14-day refund applies only if you have not already made substantial use of MigrateFlow. We treat more than 100 CMS items migrated (successful CMS item migrations completed through the app) as substantial use. If, at the time you request a refund, your account shows more than 100 such items migrated, you are not eligible for a refund under the 14-day window. Accounts at 100 CMS items or fewer migrated may still qualify if you request a refund within the 14-day period and meet the other terms on this page.
To cancel and request a refund, contact us at hello@emberandoakdesign.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your request without delay. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to cancel, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have already started to download or access, or to products you have had the benefit of. The 100-item threshold above is how we determine that you have had substantial benefit from MigrateFlow for refund purposes. For subscriptions, the 14-day cancellation right applies to the initial purchase; it does not apply again on each automatic renewal.
Payments for MigrateFlow are processed by Paddle. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms where applicable: Paddle Invoiced Consumer Terms.
