Refund Policy

Refund window

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the day after the transaction. To meet the deadline, you need only send us your cancellation request before the 14-day period has expired.

How to request a refund

To cancel and request a refund, contact us at hello@emberandoakdesign.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your request without delay. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to cancel, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Digital content and subscriptions

Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have already started to download or access, or to products you have had the benefit of. For subscriptions, the 14-day cancellation right applies to the initial purchase; it does not apply again on each automatic renewal.

Payment provider

Payments for MigrateFlow are processed by Paddle. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms where applicable: Paddle Invoiced Consumer Terms.
